Omg! This is the worst instruction video I have ever been bored witless by! I want instructions on how to make cat toys from old socks. I don’t need a lecture on how to play with my cat, and I don’t need to know how to tie a knot it a sock!!! That’s it, a five minute video on how to tie a knot in a sock! Thanks for wasting my time.

this is the worst sight ever i sat own with my cat and i was playing with her butt she wasnt interested at all thanks for all this rubbish

  • P.Feerer

Thanks for your post. I found some of the crafts fun and easy to do with my kids. All we needed were the pictures for the ideas. It really helped our cat on this rainy day, and we had fun as well.

  • Deb

I just wanted to say thank you for the awesome ideas using the tissue paper rolls. These were so easy and my cat LOVED them. She has terrible anxiety and refuses to leave my bedroom so she’s in one small room all day everyday. I’m just trying to find ways to stimulate her, so again thank you.

  • hahha so true i was like what next then she tied a know and i was like that it okay

Thanks for the ideas I loved them!!! My new kitty will love coming home to all these great toys she is supper active.

  • Rachel

Well, you didn’t have to do it. It was your decision, so start acting like it. It’s not really their fault your cat wasn’t interested; you’re the one who wasted your own time.

  • Rachel

Well, the toy was a knot in a sock. Obviously some cats like it, so it’s not useless. And if you had just skipped through the video or just stopped it it wouldn’t have “wasted your time.” You’re the one who decided to look at it.

I must not be crafty enough either. Found these toys called CatTamboo that look pretty cool. I’m thinking of trying them out as an alternative to the usual stuff since I like fly fishing and they are similar.

We made these in a montessori class at my son’s school where we had supplies and had to invent a new product. We made ours a little different using yarn. It was fun and worked!

I’m always surprised at how rude people can be when they are not face to face. If someone goes to the trouble to make an instruction video, if I don’t like it I just move on. I have better things to do than insult strangers who are trying to help me out.

  • While cat toys do help to keep cats busy, it is important to ensure they have a good quality cat scratching post. Many different styles include a cat toy attached to it and can provide hours of entertainment for your feline.
