TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Duet Contest Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Kent Pet Group, Inc. (referred to in these rules as “World’s Best Cat Litter®” and “Sponsor”). NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

This Giveaway is governed by official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to abide by the Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. The Giveaway is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. All entries are subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy.

ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States where not prohibited by law, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or otherwise of legal age) at the time of entry, and who have Internet access and a valid email account prior to the beginning of the Giveaway period. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.

For a Giveaway entry to be valid, the participant must post a duet video on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok (only one platform accepted per participant). Duet must be to the “Danger Floof” rock video, tag World’s Best Cat Litter®, include the hashtag “#worldsbestcat”, and feature the participant’s cat for a chance at entry.

Any submissions that include lewd, nefarious, or illegal content will be deemed ineligible (determined solely at the discretion of Sponsor). By entering the Giveaway, the participant grants Sponsor the rights to the content for use in marketing and promotional materials.

HOW TO ENTER

Entrants must post one (1) duet video (on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok) and meet the eligibility requirements specified above. Limited to one (1) entry per participant.

The Giveaway submission period (“Submission Period”) is from May 5, 2023 – June 19, 2023. All entries must be uploaded to Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok (per the above terms) no later than June 19, 2023, at 11:59pm ET, to be considered.

WINNER SELECTION

All entries received during the Submission Period will be reviewed by Sponsor. Once the Submission Period closes, all entries that meet eligibility requirements will be viewed/read and evaluated by Sponsor to confirm eligibility. Sponsor reserves the right to extend, shorten, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at its or Kent Pet Group’s sole discretion.

GIVEAWAY WINNERS

World’s Best Cat Litter® will randomly select twenty-five (25) qualifying winners from each social platform (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok) between June 20, 2023 – June 27, 2023. A representative from World’s Best Cat Litter® and/or one of its agents will contact qualifying Giveaway participants to communicate the winnings. Non-cash prizes are not exchangeable for cash or any other property.

All winning individuals will be contacted by a representative from World’s Best Cat Litter® and/or one of its agents to claim their winnings. All winners MUST be residents of the United States, per the eligibility requirements above.

Qualifying winners will receive a six-month supply of World’s Best Cat Litter®. The six-month supply constitutes three free bag coupons, each good toward a 12-pound or 15-pound bag of World’s Best Cat Litter®, any formula.
