TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Contest is sponsored by Kent Pet Group, Inc., (referred to in these rules as “World’s Best Cat Litter™” and “Sponsor”). NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

The “Corny With My Cat Contest” (“Contest”) is sponsored by World’s Best Cat Litter™. This Contest is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. The Contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. All entries are subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy.

ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States where not prohibited by law, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time (or otherwise of legal age) of entry who have Internet access, a valid Instagram account, and a valid e-mail account prior to the beginning of the Contest Period. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.

For contest entry to be valid, the participant must submit a photo and/or video on Instagram (as a Post) that includes the @worldsbestcatlitter Instagram handle, the Contest hashtag #CornyWithMyCat, and the Instagram handle of an Influencer that the Sponsor is partnered with for the Contest. The three (3) Influencer partners for this Contest are (1) @sarah_jade_huntsville, (2) @tamako_momo, and (3) @aymie91.

Any submissions that include lewd, nefarious, or illegal content will be deemed ineligible (determined solely at the discretion of Sponsor). By entering the contest, the participant grants Sponsor the rights to content to use for marketing and promotional materials.

HOW TO ENTER

During the Submission Period (October 15, 2021 – October 31, 2021), entrants will be invited by the Contest influencers to share their “silliest and best #CornyWithMyCat moments” on Instagram, via an Instagram Post. Entrants must include at least one (1) photo and/or video as well as the required elements for eligibility, specified above. Limited to (1) entry per participant based on users’ Instagram handle.

The Contest Submission Period is from October 15, 2021 – October 31, 2021. All entries must be posted to Instagram per the above terms no later than by October 31, 2021, at 11:59pm EST to be considered.

WINNER SELECTION

All eligible entries received during the Submission Period will be reviewed by the Sponsor and the associated Influencer. Once the Submission Period closes, all entries with the required elements will be viewed/read and evaluated by the Influencer and Sponsor; selection criteria includes judgement based on creativity and authenticity of response. The Sponsor will make the ultimate decision for each partnered Influencer. Sponsor reserves the right to extend, shorten suspend or terminate the Contest at their or Kent Pet Group’s sole discretion.

GRAND PRIZE WINNERS

World’s Best Cat Litter™ will select the three (3) Grand Prize winners — one (1) for each participating/partnered Influencer — between November 01, 2021 and November 15, 2021. The respective Influencers will announce their winner via their respective Instagram handle by November 19, 2021. A representative from World’s Best Cat Litter™ will contact the entrants to communicate the awards of the grand prize winner and runner-up winners. Winner will be selected based on a confidential set of judging criteria, including the entry content provided by participant. Non-cash prizes are not exchangeable for cash or any other property.

GRAND PRIZE (THREE)

Per the above, winners will be announced by November 19, 2021 by the respective influencers. All winning individuals will be contacted by a representative from World’s Best Cat Litter™ to claim their prize. All winners MUST be residents of the United States, per the Eligibility requirements above.

THREE (3) GRAND PRIZE WINNERS

Three (3) Grand Prize winners will receive a one-year (i..e, 12 months) supply of World’s Best Cat Litter™. A one-year supply constitutes 12 free bag coupons, each good towards a 6.5 lb or 8 lb bag of World’s Best Cat Litter™, any formula.
