TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Giveaway is sponsored by Kent Pet Group, Inc. (referred to in these rules as “World’s Best Cat Litter®” and “Sponsor”). NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

The “Bling Out Your Box” (“Contest”) is sponsored by World’s Best Cat Litter®. This Contest is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. The Contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. All entries are subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy.

ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States where not prohibited by law, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time (or otherwise of legal age) of entry who have Internet access and a valid email account prior to the beginning of the Contest period. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.

For the Contest entry to be valid, the participant must upload a photo (maximum upload size: 10MB) via the entry form on the Contest landing page, https://www.worldsbestcatlitter.com/bling-out-box (“Landing Page”).

Any submissions that include lewd, nefarious, or illegal content will be deemed ineligible (determined solely at the discretion of Sponsor). By entering the Contest, the participant grants Sponsor the rights to content to use for marketing and promotional materials.

HOW TO ENTER

Entrants must include at least one (1) photo as well as the required elements for eligibility, specified above. Limited to (1) entry per participant.

The Contest submission period is May 24 – July 1, 2025, (“Submission Period”). All entries must be uploaded to the Landing Page (per the above terms) no later than by July 1, 2025 at 11:59pm ET to be considered.

WINNER SELECTION

All entries received during the Submission Period will be reviewed by the Sponsor. Once the Submission Period closes, all entries with the required elements will be viewed/read and evaluated by the Sponsor to confirm eligibility, specified above. Sponsor reserves the right to extend, shorten, suspend, or terminate the Contest at their or Kent Pet Group’s sole discretion.

GRAND PRIZE WINNERS

World’s Best Cat Litter® will randomly select five (5) Grand Prize winners between July 1, 2025 – July 17, 2025. A representative from World’s Best Cat Litter® and/or one of its agents will contact the five (5) winners to communicate the winnings. Winners will be selected randomly. Non-cash prizes are not exchangeable for cash or any other property.

GRAND PRIZES (FIVE)

Per the above, winners will be announced by July 17, 2025, by the Sponsor. All winning individuals will be contacted by a representative from World’s Best Cat Litter® and/or one of its agents to claim their winnings. All winners MUST be residents of the United States, per the Eligibility requirements above.

FIVE (5) GRAND PRIZE WINNERS

Five (5) Grand Prize winners will receive a one-year (i..e, 12 months) supply of World’s Best Cat Litter®. A 12-month supply constitutes six free bag coupons, each good toward a 15 lb bag of World’s Best Cat Litter®, any formula, and 12 – 12-gram packets of World’s Best Cat Litter® Health Check-In™ Boosters™ litter additives.
