Switching to World's Best Cat Litter Is Easy
Cats Prefer The Softer Feel of Litter Made of Corn
Switching to World's Best Cat Litter is easy because cats prefer the softer feel of litter made from all-natural whole-kernel corn.
- In a clean or new litter box, start with only a third of World's Best Cat Litter added to your current litter. (Note: a box larger than the cat is recommended.)
- Once your cat is more familiar with it, change the proportion to two-thirds World's Best Cat Litter.
- After that, use only World's Best Cat Litter. Your cat will appreciate its softer texture, lighter weight, and chemical-free nature.
- Maintain 2 to 3 inches of World's Best Cat Litter in the box. This allows for quick, efficient clumping with no seeping, so you can remove waste easily.
Cats may paw or even taste any new litter product when first introduced. World's Best Cat Litter is all natural and organic. It will not harm your kittens or cats if they sample it.
For best results
- Keep the litter box clean. Scoop clumps and solids frequently. This not only keeps the box fresh, but your cat will be more willing to use it.
- Cleanup any “accidents” quickly, using an enzymatic cleaner. These cleaners eliminate any scent that may encourage the cat to “use” that spot again. Do not use ammonia solutions as their urine-like scent may actually attract your cat.
- Multiple cat households need multiple litter boxes. Place boxes in different parts of the house or on different floors. Older cats especially should have access to litter boxes on every floor.
- Do not put your cat's food next to its litter box.
- Place the litter box in a suitable location. Keep the box away from noisy, heavily trafficked areas. Make sure the cat has easy access to its box.
- Store World's Best Cat Litter in a cool, dry place. World’s Best Cat Litter™ is made from natural ingredients for high performance. Like all grain-based products, it should be stored sealed in the bag or a bin. The area should be kept clean and dry.
- Enjoy your cat! Spend time with him or her; provide toys, a warm bed and even cat furniture. A happy, contented cat with the right litter box management is less likely to have litter aversion problems.
Caution: Pregnant, nursing or immunosuppressed persons should use good cleanliness and safety practices when handling soiled litter or pet waste. Cat feces can transmit a disease called toxoplasmosis. Consult your physician for more information.
World's Best Cat Litter is not a food product and does not meet organically grown certification requirements. However, it is derived from natural organic matter, whole-kernel corn.
World's Best Cat Litter should not be used as a traction aid on ice or snow.
As with any litter product, if your cat show an adverse reaction or begins to eat the litter repeatedly, please discontinue use immediately.
