Thanks for writing this Romeo! Me & my kitty siblings have been trying to get our hu-mom to write something similar. She does a good job of keeping our bathrooms clean, & it makes us sad & mad to hear stories of other humans complaining about their cats not wanting to use their bathrooms when most of the time it is the humans’ fault!

i really love the lavender scented formula. i’ve been using your litter for four years and love that it is natural. however, the original formulas weren’t great for odor control. thanks for the new scented option.

A scented litter is a great idea, but did it have to be so MUCH lavender? At first, I thought it was mentholatum. Needless to say I just sprung for a big bag of this new litter (I’ve been using WBCL since 2007), and 2 rooms away, my sinuses are saying *nooo*

Congratulations on not using the fake floral scents, but truly, I think a natural/herbal smell can be used but with better scent moderation.

We’ve got 2 Maine Coons and 2 littermaids filled with WBCL. Having the littermaids makes it like having extra litter boxes. They both like the boxes and it makes keeping up the cleaning easier. Big cats have big waste!

I went to the hardware store and got a few mortar-mixing tubs. Long and wide but not too deep, and cheap too! all my cats prefer them to the other boxes

What about if you just have a big fat cat? Mine fluctuates between 18-20 lbs. He’s a big ‘ol hunk o’ love!

Good suggestions regarding litter boxes. Another huge litter box is Petmate 22040 Giant Litter Pan. I love it. My Maine Coons do to.

Regarding the Litter Lifter scoop, I strongly disagree. Any plastic scoop is going to break. Period.

Why not get just one that will last forever. To wit: Duranimals DuraScoop Cat Litter Scoop. There is nothing better.

While you’re on your 15th Litter Lifter plastic litter scoop, I’ll still be using my first metal Duranimals DuraScoop.
