For more than 25 years, Lynn O’Rourke Hayes has been writing and speaking about family, lifestyle, travel and technology. A member of the Author’s Guild, she has written a book about balancing work and family and contributed to several others. Her articles and comments have appeared in The New York Times, The Washington Post, USA TODAY and The Arizona Republic. She’s appeared before the U.S. Congress, on CNN, NBC’s The Today Show, numerous other television and radio programs, as well as before groups large and small. As the mother of three sons, and through her writing, photography, and consulting, she relishes sharing strategies for helping families balance their busy lives. Also, she is the co-owner and editor of FamilyTravel.com — a site dedicated to family and travel.

She greatly enjoys spending time with her feline pals, Jack and Sophie. The newest additions to the clan are Bridger and Jackson, her son’s Golden Retriever pups.

A graduate of the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism at Arizona State University, she resides in Scottsdale, AZ, and Bozeman, MT.
