Last week we shared a post about giving the ultimate gift to the pet community by adopting a pet. While spreading the word about the value of pet adoption was our main goal, we offered up the chance for recent pet adoptees to win a special token of our appreciation. A big thanks to everyone who submitted the heart-warming and inspiring stories about their pet adoptions!

Congrats to Pamela. Sounds like she will truly benefit from this prize. Great story. Hope Pam will be able to keep taking care of her precious cargo. I know it is sometimes difficult for college students. We have a college in my town and way too often, the cats are abandoned when the students leave the campus. I came about a few of my kitty companions this way. All the best to Pam and her two kitties.
