- Erik Schickendantz, of the Katmandu Rescue group in Akron, Ohio
Specifically Erik has been deeply involved in the rescue of the Lakemore cats, a group of over 100 cats who have to be removed from a foreclosed home. Thanks to Jan from Jan’s Funny Farm, for providing us with information on Erik’s rescue efforts. - The Bloomingdale Animal Shelter Society in Bloomingdale, New Jersey
The Bloomingdale Animal Shelter Society (B.A.S.S.) has been rescuing animals since 1996. They have an extremely dedicated staff to help serve the needs of over 700 animals each year. Thanks to Cara Mirabella and Jill K Sanders for making the recommendation!
